Purchases made in Triviador are processed through several different 3rd-party payment providers, depending which version of Triviador you play and where you play it.
THX Games does NOT own, operate, mange or otherwise have anything to do with payments.
If you encounter a problem with a payment, you can report the problem to the game's Admin using the game-specific email of the Triviador game you made the purchase in (see Contact for more information). When we receive your report, all we can do is contact the payment provider in question on your behalf. This is often a time consuming processes.
Alternatively, you can also contact the payment provider directly to resolve any payment problems you may be experiencing. Below, you will find the links and other relevant information for the major payment service providers we use in Triviador:

According to Xsolla's Terms and Conditions, "All purchases are final. There are no refunds or cancellations of payments made".
For other payment problems, such as duplicate payments, not receiving product, stolen credit card, etc), you can open a "ticket" and request assistance at the Xsolla Support Center
Like payments, all advertisements, including pre-loader ads, banner ads, video ads, etc., are operated and managed by 3rd-party advertising companies. If you experience any problems with the advertisements, please send a report to the Admin of the specific Triviador game you play.
