General Information
Most Triviador games are not operated from a single location. Rather, they are operated locally by native speakers who live in the country or region the game is based in. Each game has an Administrative Team that is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the game and related sites.
When contacting Triviador about game-specific issues, please contact the appropriate Admin Team for assistance. Admins only have access to the games that they are responsible for. For example, you should not contact the Triviador World admin about an issue in Triviador Mundo.
How to Contact Us
When writing to us, please include as much of the following Basic Information as possible. Not providing this information will result in a delayed response from the game Admin(s) and/or Central Office:
- Full name
- Unique user name (name used in game)
- Facebook ID and/or link to your Facebook page (if you play via Facebook)
- Email address used to register Triviador account (if you do NOT play on Facebook)
- Which version of Triviador you are contacting us about (i.e. Triviador World)
- The platform you play on:
- Facebook (aka Canvas)
- Triviador Website (aka Stand-Alone)
- iOS (aka iPhone, iPad, iPod)
- Android
Types of Reports
All reports can be sent to us in two ways:

Incorrect Question in Game:
- When reporting an incorrect question, please include the following information in addition to the Basic Information:
- A screenshot of the question
- A brief description of the problem with the question
- Be POLITE PLEASE! There is NO need to belittle the admins or to be aggressive
Chat Violation:
- When reporting a chat violation in the games, please include the following information in addition to the Basic Information:
- A screenshot of the violation
- As much info about the accused as you can give (username, country, level, etc.)
- Time and date of chat (if known)
- and be POLITE PLEASE!
Payment Problem:
- When reporting payment problem or related issues, please include the following information in addition to the Basic Information:
- Invoice / Bill of Sale (Screenshot is OK)
- Name of Purchaser
- Date of Purchase
- Amount Spent & Currency
- Transaction Number
